Synchronizing Notion and Zoho CRM

We need to synchronize Notion and Zoho CRM via Make (make.com). When you change the value of a field in Notion, it should change in Zoho CRM .
Same problem with Zoho CRM and Notion sync.
Context
Some data is not synchronized correctly:
For example: The Account Name is not synced correctly. It equals the Transaction Name instead of the Account Name.

Correct mapping for field synchronization and options of these fields in Notion -> Zoho CRM and Zoho CRM -> Notion.
When you change values in fields in Notion the value should be pulled to CRM and the same for changes in fields Zoho CRM . Workflow rule should also be triggered in case of changes in Notion. Only transactions should be sent to Notion when the transaction stage is Request for approach or Request for quote.

Currently both Notion -> Zoho CRM , Zoho CRM -> Notion are configured
But not all fields are pulled, and some fields are pulled incorrectly. Also, I have a problem with the workflow rule. After updating a new field in Notion Workflow rule does not work.
Example: When the status in Notion is "Project closed" or "To close", the automation workflow rule does not start.
To Notion should be sent when the transaction stage is Request for approach or Request for quote. Now other transaction stages from Zoho also send transactions to Notion, but it is not necessary
We need to synchronize the new fields from Zoho CRM to Notion and from Notion to Zoho CRM .

We adjusted the correctness of synchronizations in Make (make.com) and filters to update data Notion -> CRM and CRM->Notion, removed duplicate options in some fields (which was throwing off synchronization settings), checked workflow rules, adjusted correct synchronization for new fields - Pillar services - Service types
