Zoho Expense is a new addition to Zoho Finance Analytics
Zoho Finance Analytics now supports Zoho Expense (in addition to Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, Zoho Subscriptions and Zoho Inventory).
With the Advanced Analytics Connector at Zoho Expense, you can gain insight into your organization's spending and travel management data. You can also get detailed information about various expense categories.
Zoho Finance applications are available as separate connectors
You can now set up integration with any of the Zoho Finance apps - Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, Zoho Subscriptions, Zoho Inventory and Zoho Expense - individually from Zoho Analytics. All these connectors are available as individual tiles for easy customization.
Improvements to Ask Zia
The following features have now been added to Ask Zia , allowing Zia to provide more complex reports:
Predictive analysis
Ask Zia has started to support predictive analysis. Now you can ask Zia questions about future trends/forecasts, not just historical data.
Reports as a result
Now Zia also offers existing reports and dashboards that are relevant to your question.
The answer you are looking for may already be available as a report in the workspace. If your query matches an existing report, Zia will offer it as an answer.
Add as synonyms
You can now add unrecognized words to your question as synonyms to a column in your tables. Customizing synonyms enriches your Ask Zia vocabulary to answer your questions.
Updated user management interface
The user management interface at both account and workspace level has been updated to improve user interaction. You can now easily manage them without any hassle.
New modules supported in Zoho CRM Connector
Advanced analytics for Zoho CRM now supports the synchronisation of data from the following new modules together with existing modules:
- Subforms;
- Linking Modules;
- Picklist History tracker.
Updated slideshows with additional interactive options
The Create Slideshow and Manage Slideshow pages have been updated with additional interactive options.
The new user interface includes
- Slideshow Preview: You can now preview the created slideshow on the "Copy URL" page of the Slideshow Wizard.
- More contextual options: you can change the slideshow settings on the Slideshow Management page, which has now been extended with additional contextual options for improved usability.
Improved sorting of diagrams
Until now, you could only sort Multi-Y diagrams by measurement column (X-axis). Now Zoho Analytics allows you to sort Multi-Y diagrams based on Y-axis values. You can sort the diagram by one of the Y-axis values.
In addition, the sorting parameters have been renamed, now using the name of the measurement column to better see how the diagram is sorted.
Importing data from Zoho Analytics Workspace
Zoho Analytics now allows you to import data from other workspaces Zoho Analytics. You can import data from one workspace to another using the Zoho Analytics Workspace tile under "Import Data".
Multi-organization imort support for Zoho Finance Analytics
You can now import data from multiple Zoho Finance organizations into Zoho Analytics using the "Import data from multiple organizations" option.
