Functions Zoho Contracts

1. Preset templates

Get access to a pre-defined set of templates for commonly used contracts such as non-disclosure agreements and MSAs. The templates will serve as guides for contract writers. You can customize the details as you need when drafting a contract. You can also create your own templates.

2. Instant contract creation
Simply add the contract and counterparty information to the form to create contracts with all the necessary data. Contracts will be created based on your templates. This allows employees to create contracts, and ensures consistency of language in all your contracts.

3. Built-in document editor
Zoho Contracts has a built-in document editor with all the features of our powerful word processor: Zoho Writer. Our comprehensive cloud-based offering allows you to contract wherever you are.
4.Document assembly
The advanced clause selection tool allows contract writers to easily search for and insert a clause in a contract. All proposals in specific templates and those you add manually will be available in the proposal library.

5.Share contracts
Draft contracts with others in your organization or review them. Keep track of changes made by co-authors using the red line (colored text). Set up review, comment, fill-in-the-box, or write-in rights for your co-authors.

6.Filling field values
If there are parameters unknown at the time of contract creation, the author may leave the contract fields blank. The author or co-authors with "Fill Fields" and "Write" permissions may fill in the fields later.

7.Comment section
Add comments and participate in discussions with other contributors through replies. You can also choose who can view your comment using the comment visibility settings.

8.Secure Exchange
Forget about having to email documents as attachments back and forth. Send contracts for approval to counterparty contacts via password-protected links. Counterparty contacts can access contracts without a Zoho account.

9.Counterparty opportunities
Counterparty contacts can collaborate, suggest changes, and add comments to the contract. In contracts with multiple negotiation stages, they can compare the document with versions in earlier stages.

10.Tracking changes
Changes made by counterparty contacts will be displayed as a red line so that you can easily see additions, edits, and deletions. Accept or reject changes with a single click.

11.Version Management
Go through all versions of the contract in chronological order, compare them, and restore any of the older versions.

12.Viewing the calendar
The monthly review calendar shows all of your contract schedules and reminders. Never miss an opportunity to renew with reminders.

13.Reports and Dashboards
You can get a quick overview of your business and make informed decisions quickly. Get useful information on all aspects of contract management: milestones, performance, clause, obligation, counterparty, and other common contract attributes.
14.Central storage facility
All your contracts in one central repository. Search and filtering options ensure better visibility and availability.
