Introduction
A commercial organization needed to transfer their data from one CRM (AMO CRM) to ZOHO CRM with all automations and workflows.
The Challenge

The organization was using a lot of auto-workflows in different modules like Leads, Contacts, Deals, etc. They needed to use the same workflows in the new CRM with some additional features and the possibility to change some variables themselves.
Implementation & results
- Create a big general workflow for all modules and break them into small blueprints with custom automations for any case.
- Widgets, deluge functions, workflows, and a few custom synchronizations with third-party services were included.
- The organization has increased its productivity with client communication because of automatic data processing.
- Also, deals and sales orders processing was increased because of the smart blueprints system with widgets for every client's case.
- Now they have the possibility to spend more time on business development, but not on checking inbox data.
