Introduction
A commercial organization needed to transfer their data from one CRM AMO CRM) to ZOHO CRM all automations and workflows.
The Challenge

The organization was using a lot of auto-workflows in different modules like Leads, Contacts, Deals, etc. They needed to use the same workflows in the new CRM some additional features and the possibility to change some variables themselves.
Implementation & results
- Create a big general workflow for all modules and break them down into small blueprints with custom automations for any case.
- Widgets, deluge functions, workflows, and a few custom synchronizations with third-party services were included.
- The organization has increased its productivity with client communication due to automatic data processing.
- Also, deal and sales order processing increased due to the smart blueprint system with widgets for each client's case.
- Now they have the opportunity to spend more time on business development, rather than checking their inbox.
