Comparison of Zoho CRM, with Bitrix24 and AmoCRM

Pricing
There is a cloud-based and a boxed version. The cloud version is available for free. Paid ones are connected for a minimum of 2 accounts and cost from UAH 990 to UAH 4400 per month. The boxed version costs from 35,900 h ryvnia and up, depending on the number of additional functions. Technical support is free, but only available on commercial tariffs.

amoCRM

amoCRM - a cloud service for automating work with clients. It positions itself as CRM for sales departments.


The system is highly specialised. It focuses on payment and closing the deal. All complex, long transactions with multiple stages are its strengths.

amoCRM will not suit: freelancers and companies that do not focus on mass sales - it is excessive for them. Also, AMOSRM is not suitable for big players, because it cannot automate all their business processes. It is insufficient for working with employees, production management, and product development.
Pricing
Cloud only. There are 3 tariffs ranging in price from UAH 299 to UAH 899 per user per month. The minimum payment period is 6 months. You can purchase one of the two ready packages for 2 or 5 users. You will have to pay them for one year in advance: UAH 2999 and UAH 8999 respectively. In addition to the purchased tariff you will need to purchase some functional modules. There is no free plan. The technical support is free of charge.

ZohoCRM

Pricing
Prices for Zoho CRM start with the free version, which can be accessed by three users at a time. If you want to upgrade to Standard, you will pay $12 per user per month. The Enterprise package is around $35 a month per user, payable on an annual basis.
