Tagging in Zoho Notes

Client's primary task
The client uses notes Zoho in different modules to update and communicate with different Zoho users. Now the only way to see the notes left is to tag the users. Sometimes employees forget to tag a user and they don't see an important note. When a user is tagged, the note is emailed to that user.
Context
- Super Admin and Admin users should be copied to all notes as soon as the record is converted to a transaction. Regardless of field updates, they will continue to receive all notes after the record is moved to a transaction.
- Super Admin and Admin users must be copied to all referral partner record notes in the following referral partner statuses - "supporting" and "actively referring".
- When the Underwriter field is updated, the user assigned to that field will receive all transaction notes from that point forward. If the user in the Underwriter field is updated, whoever appears as the user assigned to that field will receive notes from that point forward.
- The user assigned to lead owner and deal owner must be copied to all notes for the lead and deal. If the user in the "lead owner" and "deal owner" fields is updated, whoever appears as the assigned user will receive notes from that point on.
- When the "assigned account manager" field is updated, the user assigned to that field will receive all transaction notes from that point on. When the user in the "assigned account manager" field is updated, whoever appears as the user assigned in that field will receive the notes from that point on.

Additional request from a customer
Add tagging to Notes to a transaction in which the Referral Partner field is filled. To do this, you need to add a Referral Partners Owner tag to each note. Owner is in the Referral Partners Owner field in the referral partner contact
The proposed solution from CRMOZ
- Normally Zoho CRM automatically sends emails from Notes when users mention "@" . We contacted Zoho support about our problem. They replied that they would try to solve the problem with unsent emails.
- But we have found another way to solve this problem through the server. So, we will use a Gmail account to send notes as messages to your emails. This is quite a lot of work, so we will need an additional 8 hours.
The end result
- We made automatic tagging of the user under different conditions, added tagging in Notes to the deal in which the Referral Partner field is filled in, added a Referral Partners Owner contact mark to each Notes.
- The task was completed according to the client's requirements. Resolved an issue with Zoho support regarding automatic sending of emails from Notes when a user is mentioned with "@" .
