How do I map CRM ?

Set the parsing type:

"String after keyword" retrieves text from the email body that appears after the user's keyword. Setthe keyword. Set the field in the potential customers module. The text following the keyword will be entered into the field.

The sender's email address or the "Sent" field will be sent to the field in the leads module that you have set up.

The subject of the email will be sent to the field in the leads module that you have specified. The text of the email—also known as the "message body" or "message content"—will be sent to the field in the leads module that you have specified.

Any text- use this option to enter any text you want in the "Leads" module field. For example, the name of the parsing rule is "Email from Zoho".
