Data Processor
Data Processor means a natural or legal entity that processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.
Data Subject
A Data Subject is any person whose personal data is being collected, stored, or processed.
CRMOZ both a Data Controller in our role with our own customers, and a Data Processor in our role to help our customers process their customer data (End User Data).

CRMOZ fully committed to remaining GDPR . To ensure compliance in our role as Data Controller and Data Processor, we have reviewed our internal practices and policies and updated and modified them wherever necessary. The following overview of several important things describes how we have ensured compliance.
Data Processing Addendum
CRMOZ a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for our customers collecting personal data from data subjects in the EU. The DPA covers the contractual terms that meet the GDPR . If you would require to have a copy of the DPA about our role as a Data Processor, please write to us at [email protected].
How we process your data
Email addresses and phone numbers are the only data we process on your behalf. Our role in processing your data is limited to providing you with our email (phone) verification services:Email Checker Zoho CRM andPhone Checker Zoho CRM ”.
When you install Email Checker Zoho CRM or/andPhone Checker Zoho CRM in your Zoho CRM for verification, our role is that of a Data Processor. As your Data Processor, we 'process' the email (phones) addresses personal data that you provide to us and return the verification result to you.
This is how it works:
Our proprietary software is uploading the list of email addresses and phone numbers from Zoho CRM were added or modified in the last 10 minutes.
Our proprietary software processes each and every email address (phone number) by subjecting it to a series of tests.
At the end of processing, our software reports the results back to Zoho CRM. It tells you which email addresses (phone numbers) are valid, which are invalid, which are unverifiable, and so on.
That's it.
Your email (phone) lists are accepted and returned through secure connections. While processing, your email (phone) addresses are stored in secure servers.
Storing and auto-deleting your data
After processing your email (phone) lists, the lists will be automatically and permanently removed.

At CRMOZ, we process your data for the limited and specific purpose of providing email (phone) verification services. Customers of CRMOZ update, retrieve, and remove their personal data by sending a request to [email protected].
