ZOHO Phone Checker extension

The Phone Checker extension automatically checks if the phone number is real or not. The Extension works with standard Zoho CRM modules: "Contacts" and "Leads". Zoho Phone Checkerextension verifies the phone numbers of new Leads and Leads created or modified today. 
The checks the phone numbers of New Leads and Contacts, placed in fields "Phone" and "Mobile". The result of verification is displayed in the fields "Phone Status" and "Mobile Status".
3 easy steps to check phone numbers at Zoho .CRM
1. Install the Extension. Specify Zoho CRM access token
2.Enable phone number verification - The extension works with standard ZohoCRM modules "Contacts" and "Leads". Phone number should be indicated with country code.
3.Check up to 1000 phone numbers/day - 30 phone numbers for free, 1000 phone numbers for paid.

Possible statuses:
Real - the phone number is real.
Fake - the phone number is not real.
Out of limit - you are out of checks limit. Daily checks limit - 30 phone numbers for free extension, 1000 phone numbers for paid.
Unknown - an error occurred in verifying the phone number.

  • I've created Contact(Lead). Why is phone status not changed for a long time?

    Status can be updated in period from 10 minutes up to 2 hours! Also, you may already be out of API calls limit of your Zoho CRM .

  • Why is the contact status not updated after changing the phone number?

    Change the phone number of the Contact/Lead, refresh the page, you'll see phone status Request is in progress and at some time the phone number will be checked and you'll see one of the possible statuses: Real, Fake, Unknown, Out of limit.
